Mobile apps are so engaging because they enable #micromoments of productivity in our day to accomplish tasks. Today's employees have apps for everything they do outside of work from making restaurant reservations and doing banking transactions to checking flight status and tracking fitness activities, shouldn't we also enable our employees to do work tasks on their phones?
