Who Sees What: Record Types

This video in the "Who Sees What" series explains how to organize and gather data for the same object, in different ways, using record types. In our example we'll create a record type for Internal cases, and one for External cases, but you could use record types for different types of opportunities, solutions, or any other standard or custom salesforce object.
