Managing your tasks in Salesforce is the ideal way to stay on top of your customer relationships. In Lightning Experience, Salesforce gives you three ways to manage your tasks. The Board view helps you keep all your opportunities and leads moving ahead. Use workspaces for opportunities and leads to keep a finger on the pulse of each deal that you own. Use the task list to manage all your tasks. If you’re a manager, you can also use the task list to track tasks that you’ve delegated.
